Hướng dẫn sử dụng:
1. Khởi động vào màn hình chính.
Phía trái là danh sách các xe vừa vào, Màn hình chính là camera chụp ảnh người vào, góc phải dưới là vùng nhận dạng thẻ mã vạch, mã QR. Khi đưa thẻ vào vùng nhận dạng, phần mềm sẽ chụp ảnh và hiển thị hộp thoại cho xe vào.
2. Chuyển chế độ:
Vuốt từ mép phải, màn hình để hiển thị menu. Các chế độ sau có thể chọn lựa
- Tự động chọn theo vé: Nếu vé được nhận dạng chưa có xe, thì sẽ tự chọn chế độ cho xe vào. Nếu vé có xe trong bãi, sẽ chọn chế độ cho xe ra
- Xe vào: chọn chế độ xe vào khi nhận dạng vé
- Xe ra: Chọn chế độ xe ra khi nhận dạng vé.
3. Xe vào
Khu đưa vé vào vùng nhận dạng, ảnh sẽ được chụp hoạc khi nhấn nút xe vào (phải nhập mã vé)
3. Xe ra:
Khi nhận dạng vé xe ra, màn hình xe ra hiển thị, hoặc khi chọn cho xe ra từ danh sách quản lý xe trong bãi. Ảnh, thời gian, mã vé, số tiền, thời gian gửi sẽ hiển thị trên màn hình. Chỉ cần bảo vệ nhấn nút cho xe ra.
4. Quản lý xe trong bãi
Khi chọn xe trong bãi từ menu chính, danh sách xe trong bãi kết hợp tìm kiếm được hiển thị cho phép người dùng tìm kiếm xe trong bãi, lịch sử xe vào ra bãi. Danh sách bên trái là danh sách kết quả tìm kiếm, Gõ mã vé trên danh sách để lọc danh sách. Nút bên phải, dưới hiển thị theo xe được chọn, Nếu xe đã vào cho phép xe ra, nếu xe đã ra hiển thị thông tin xe ra.Hình bên phải hiển thị thông tin khi xe vào
Khi chọn nút bên trái, dưới tìm kiếm nâng cao
Có các nút chọn nhanh để tìm nhanh: xe trong bãi; xe ra hôm nay; xe vào hôm nay hoặc có thể nhập thông tin vào các ô dưới và nhấn nút tìm kiếm.
5. Cấu hình
- Tự động vào: Cho phép xe vào tự động khi nhận dạng mã vé mà không hiển thị hộp thoại. Chỉ hiển thị nhanh ảnh được chụp và ẩn.
- Kiểm tra mã vé theo mẫu: Chỉ chấp nhận mã vé theo định dạng cho trước: Quy định chữ đầu, dãy chứ số tiếp theo và chữ số cuối
- Mẫu mã vé: Thiết đặt mẫu mã vé chấp nhận
- Phí gửi xe: cấu hình phí gửi xe.
Phí gửi xe có thể đặt theo lược hoặc theo thời gian cho mỗi giờ. Nếu theo lược có phân biệt ngày và đêm.
- Cài đặt lại: Xóa toàn bộ dữ liệu cũ để bắt đầu một thời gian mới.
6. Thống kê xe
Hiện tại phần mềm cho thống kê một số thông tin về số lượng xe ra vào, xe trong bãi và doanh thu. Có bổ sung thống kê theo ngày.
Vì mục đích cộng đồng, phần mềm được TIS miễn phí hoàn toàn sử dụng cho một thiết bị máy tính bảng, điện thoại. TIS rất hân hạnh nhận được phản hồi của quý khách.
